1. What we collect
To generate a preview we process the face photos you upload (4–5 selfies), your account email, and — if you purchase previews — payment confirmation handled by our payment partner. We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, sensitive health records.
2. How we use your photos
Your photos are used for one purpose: to render the AI before-and-after preview you requested. They are sent to our AI rendering provider over an encrypted connection, processed, and returned as a result image. We do not sell your photos and we do not use them to train public models.
3. Storage & retention
Photos and results live in private storage and are served only through short-lived, signed links. Uploaded input photos are purged automatically within 24 hours. Generated result images are kept for up to 7 days so you can revisit them, then deleted. You can delete a result yourself at any time.
4. Who we share with
We share the minimum needed to run the service: our AI rendering provider (for the preview) and our payment provider (for purchases). Each acts on our instructions under their own security commitments. We do not share your photos with advertisers.
5. Your choices
You can request access to, or deletion of, your account and associated images by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your stored inputs and results from active systems.
