Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you buy
Every account gets its first preview free. We encourage you to use it before purchasing credits or a plan, so you know exactly what Visage AI produces. Because of this, purchases are for a digital service that is delivered immediately.
2. Credit packs — unused credits
If you bought a credit pack (Preview or Consultation) and have not spent any of its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. Once one or more credits from a pack have been used to generate a preview, that pack is non-refundable, because the service it pays for has been delivered.
3. Generated previews are non-refundable
Each preview triggers a real, paid AI image-generation call the moment you request it. A preview that has been generated and delivered to you cannot be refunded, even if the result differs from your expectations — previews are AI estimates and results vary by individual.
4. Monthly plan — cancellation
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
5. Failed or errored previews
If a preview fails for a technical reason on our side, you are not charged for it — the credit is not consumed, or is restored. If you believe you were charged for a preview that did not generate, contact us and we will make it right.
6. How to request a refund
Email contact.visageai@gmail.com from the address on your account, with your purchase date and the PayPal transaction or order ID. We aim to respond within 24 hours and to process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Payments & chargebacks
Payments are handled by our payment partner (PayPal). Please reach out to us before opening a dispute or chargeback — in almost every case we can resolve a billing issue faster directly.
